Adjustment

(1) When adjusting the incoming and outgoing starwheels and the bottle screw, the labeler's pressure bottle head shall prevail. First adjust the incoming starwheel. When the bottle head just overturns the bottle, adjust the incoming starwheel so that the bottle is in the middle of the star wheel groove;

(2) Adjustment of bottle screw: When the bottle is in the middle of the groove of the injecting star wheel, adjust the screw rod so that the side of the screw rod is close to the bottle without displacement.

(3) Adjustment of the bottle star: When the bottle head has just been lifted, adjust the star wheel so that the bottle is located in the middle of the groove of the star wheel.

Label box

(1) the centerline of the standard box, the central axis of the station is tangent to the label paper, the center axis of the target board is in three lines, and the adjustment target board is tangent to the label paper (0 distance), and the standard box is moved closer to 1mm~2mm. can;

(2) The gap between the standard box and the two sides of the standard paper should be between 0.8mm and 1mm. The gap is too large and the target paper is displaced in the standard box, and there is a ramp mark. If the clearance is too small, the push label will be unsmooth;

(3) Standard box gripping hook position adjustment: the upper and lower, left and right gripping hooks are on the same vertical plane and evenly struggling with the standard paper, you can successfully grasp the standard;

(4) Adjustment of the label feeding roller: When there is no label, when the label pressing plate can be pressed to the foremost end of the label box and the label is installed, the label near the label hook finger cannot be crushed.
